Notes on Study Guides
Each study guide "question" is very general, which means that students could potentially write a great deal of information about each item listed. However, in order to minimize the amount of time spent on the study guides, I ask that students write NO MORE THAN 3-4 SENTENCES PER QUESTION. For instance, if a question states that a student needs to know "About media and popular culture", responses should NOT be exhaustive. So, this means that what is written is not the extent of what students have learned; rather, it is a SUMMARY of that knowledge.
